Hi, I am Ayanshi. I am the founder and the only writer behind PersonaGuru.in.
Have you ever felt nervous before speaking up in a meeting? Have you found it hard to say no to extra work? Do you overthink every message you send? I write for readers who ask these questions.
Who I Am
I have an MBA in Human Resources. During my studies, I learned how organizations manage people, communication, and leadership.
I have not worked as a full-time HR professional. So I do not write as a manager or a recruiter. I write as a researcher and a learner. I read the studies, test the ideas against real workplace situations, and explain them in plain words.
After my MBA, I became a full-time homemaker. My interest in human behavior stayed with me. I kept reading, learning, and writing. I believe one thing clearly. Technical skills may help you get a job, but personality and soft skills help you build a career.
How PersonaGuru Started
In June 2023, I started PersonaGuru.in as a small blog on Blogger. Later, I moved it to WordPress. Today, the site has over 250 articles on personality development, communication, assertiveness, leadership, and career growth. I have been writing for more than three years.
How I Write My Articles
- I start with a real problem that readers face, such as speaking up in meetings or setting limits at work.
- I use ideas from psychology and workplace research. I link to my sources where I can.
- The names and situations in my examples are made up. I do not use anyone’s private story.
- I am going back through my older articles to check sources and fix mistakes. If you find an error, please tell me.
